Road warriors rejoice! The mobile boarding pass is (almost) here

American airlines is running a pilot (no pun intended) program to test out the use of mobile boarding passes. They consist of a graphic displayed on your mobile device, which can be scanned at checkin, much like a paper boarding pass. You check in on the website, save the boarding pass to your device and go straight to security when you arrive at the airport. Theoretically it should speed things up. Hope it works as seamlessly as they make it seem. And hopefully it gets here soon 'cause it's about time.
