Beautiful misery: Khoda, a masterpiece

This most incredible film was created by (genius) Reza Dolatabadi. Over 2 years, he painted 6,000 paintings -- each one becoming a single frame in his film, Khoda. Combining striking imagery with incredibly intense music, this story of a prison break was his grad film. Not surprisingly, it has won a bunch of awards.

According to Dolatabadi, "Khoda is a psychological thriller; a student project which was seen as a ‘mission impossible’ by many people but eventually proved possible!" Enjoy! It's amazing.
