Happy Pi-nstein Day!

Einstein figurineAs you may have heard by now, today is one of the numerical days known as a "Pi Day", 3/14. There's actually a website (isn't there always) which explains that this is the day "Pi enthusiasts" celebrate their love of Pi around the world. Google has posted some interesting and random facts about Pi and Pi Day on the Google Blog.

Now while all that is fun, and fun is good, I much prefer ThinkGeek's approach. They have decided to recognize that March 14th is both Pi Day and Einstein's Birthday, and are celebrating with Pi-nstein Day! Yes, I know it's a marketing plot but it's still fun!

So I wish each and every one of you a Happy Pi-nstein Day!
