Email etiquette: Are we still talking about this?

EmailAmerican Way, a magazine by American Airlines, has an article by Janene Mascarella on e-mail etiquette for the technically challenged. I don't think I've seen one of these in ages -- the majority of the etiquette articles I've seen lately have been all about Twitter. So let's think about this: it's 2009. The interwebs have been around for quite a while now. You'd think we'd be over the learning curve by now. However... I'll bet you can think of at least 1 person who could use this. Question is... will you send it?
