So off I went to the post on the Spark blog entitled, "Are Moms Stupid?" where, just in time for Mother's Day, they asked if it's appropriate to use moms in marketing as an benchmark of simplicity. As in, "so easy your mom could use it"... Of course, as Sarah indicated, I was compelled to comment.
Well, interestingly enough I got an email from Spark asking me to record my comments for the show and next thing I knew I was on the air with Norah Young, getting interviewed!
We talked for a few minutes, so it will be interesting to see how much or how little of it they actually use. The show will air this coming weekend, but in the meantime, you can hear part of our discussion in this promo from this week's show.
