Homemade Lego Advent Calendar 2014: Day 24

The story behind the Homemade Lego Advent Calendar: We opted not to buy the Dude a Lego Advent Calendar for the past couple of years. The Dude was quite amenable, countering with: "Ok, then you have to build me something every day until Christmas." Challenge accepted! This is the series of daily posts, cataloguing my builds.

This is it. Part 3 of 3. It's Christmas Eve and Santa is making his rounds. He just left behind presents from the bottomless green bag perched in the sleigh, and takes a moment to admire the tree by the fireplace. He emits a slight belch from the milk and cookies, straightens his belt and presses the ignition on his turbo sleigh (no reindeer required in the 21st century). Gotta keep things moving; these humans keep procreating and he's got 7 billion people to take care of in a single night! As his emission-less eco-sleigh takes off into the night, you can hear his bellowing laugh... "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!"

And with that, my friends, the 2014 Homemade Lego Advent Calendar comes to a close. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. In the coming days, I will post a recap which will contain the full collection of images and links to all of the stories.

I wish you and yours a wonderful holiday. :)
