Homemade Lego Advent Calendar 2015: Day 10 - Atlas & the Temple

The story behind the Homemade Lego Advent Calendar: We opted not to buy the Dude a Lego Advent Calendar for the past few years. The Dude was quite amenable, countering with: "Ok, then you have to build me something every day until Christmas." Challenge accepted! This is the series of daily posts, cataloguing my builds.

My intention for today's build was to do something micro, but I thought the Greek temple might not be self-explanatory enough, so I decided to add a little mythology-inspiration to help the Dude figure it out. Presenting, Altas and the Greek Temple:

Consider: the temple is 1.5" high. So this was a very detailed, very small build. If you're a Star Wars Lego nerd, you might recognize the world on Atlas' shoulders as a Lego Tatooine tree ornament. Yes, there's even Star Wars in my Greek mythology builds. #obsessed :)

See you tomorrow!

Previous Day - Day 9 - Tulip
