Ottawa Designers, Developers and UX-ers: UXCamp Ottawa is almost here!

I’m on the organizing committee for UXCamp Ottawa which is coming at the end of November. If you’re interested in User Experience, this might be a great way to spend a Saturday.

Registration is filling up but there are still tickets available!

A bit about UXCamp
UXCamp Ottawa is for people who want to learn and share about user experience to make things work better for people. We’ll cover topics like design, usability, information architecture, user interfaces, service design, and anything and everything else about creating better products and better experiences.

Semi-structured approach
UXCamp Ottawa is a semi-structured conference. There will be prepared sessions with pre-determined speakers throughout the morning, followed by an unconference portion in the afternoon. This participant-driven approach is what makes UXCamp Ottawa different from a lot of other conferences: you get to have a say in what we talk about. Sessions could be hands-on, discussions or a design problem/project to be worked on.
