UX, UI, IA - oh my! UX Camp Ottawa 2 is coming Nov. 5

If you’re interested in User Experience, UXCamp Ottawa 2 is a great way to spend a Saturday.

UXCamp Ottawa is a one-day conference for people who want to learn and share about user experience to make things work better for people. We’ll cover topics like design, usability, information architecture, user interfaces, service design, and anything and everything else about creating better products and better experiences.

Is it for you?

At last year’s UXCamp we saw everyone from ux regulars to web designers, developers, communications and public affairs teams, social media folks, entrepreneurs, IT and communications managers who came out to learn and share more about making things work better for users, customers, and citizens.

What can you expect?

The morning of UXCamp will feature invited speakers and structured sessions. The afternoon will be an open, participatory event whose content is provided by the participants.

Attendees are encouraged to participate throughout the day: in the sessions by sharing information, online via public web channels (including blogs, photo sharing, social bookmarking, twitter and wikis). This encouragement bridges the physical, face-to-face event with offsite participants.
